Ages: 12 to 21 years (still attending high school)

Hours of operation: 
              School Days - 2:00pm to 6:00pm
              School Breaks and Summer Vacation - 8:00am to 6:00pm
              Saturday - 10:00am to 3:00pm (three Saturdays a month)

Locations: Ability Center and GREAT Center

Curriculum:  Along with the teen’s individual habilitation goals, there are special activities planned daily for their participation. Socialization skills, developing friendships and recreational activities are strongly encouraged.

Weekly Program: Our weekly program focuses on assisting teens with his/her individual habilitation goals. Along with his/her habilitation goals we work closely with families to develop informal goals that will aid in their teens growth. Teens are paired with a provider who best fits his or her needs.  Teens work one-on-one with providers and participate in individual and group activities daily.  

Saturday Program: The Saturday program is an extension of the weekly program. However, more activities are planned to assist teens with individual, social and community skills. Community outings allow teens to work on skills outside of their home and school settings. We believe it is important to focus on each teen as a whole and address any needs they may have. 

Parents Date Night: When the teens stay late the parents can play! Well, the teens play too. Once a quarter we stay open late, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm, and have a special night at the center where we play games and participate in special activities. 

Seasonal Celebrations:  Every summer we have a special theme where they learn about and explore a new topic. At the end of the summer the teens participate in a program to share what they have learned with their family and friends. 

Throughout the year special activities are planned to celebrate seasons and holidays.
