Thank you for your interest in Guthrie Mainstream Services. At this time we are unable to accept and provide services to individuals that are not our current members. We would love to help all individuals with needs, but it is our mission to first serve our current members. Proposition 206 - the increase in Arizona’s minimum wage and earned paid sick time - has greatly affected our agency, and other Arizona agencies. Although Arizona has voted to increase the minimum wage, the Division of Developmental Disabilities has not increased our funding. Hiring is experiencing new challenges with the wages that direct care providers are being compensated, and employee retention is at an all-time low. As an agency, we are urging those in the developmentally disabled community to write to their legislature expressing how this new law is affecting your family and the services you receive. Information about Proposition 206 and how you can help can be found on our website.  Feel free to check back with us in the future and see if things have changed and we have more availability. We wish you and your family the best.
