Why Ebill?
Several years ago the state of Arizona changed the billing requirements for agencies like Guthrie Mainstream Services. In the past the total hours used by each client were totaled for the month and submitted for payment. Today we are required to report the total hours of each service billed daily. In order to meet the new guidelines Guthrie worked with a web-developer to create ddreports. Ddreports is an online billing system that allows providers to input hours just as they do on their current timesheets. For the past several years Guthrie has been working out the kinks of ddreports and is now passing on the process to the providers. By doing this Guthrie can speed up the billing process, submit our hours to the state and receive payment more quickly. Insuring that we receive payment also insures that our providers are paid in a timely manner.
