The following benefits are available for all employees throughout the year.

The following benefits are available for all employees during open enrollment in December or after a qualifying event. (marriage, divorce, loss of other coverage, etc.)

· EDS Dental: discounted services · VSP Choice (Vision insurance): discounted services  

The following benefits are available for all full-time (billing 30 hrs. weekly or 130 hrs. monthly) employees during open enrollment in September-October and closes November 1st or after a qualifying event. (marriage, divorce, loss of other coverage, etc.) New employees are eligible after they complete their 90 day probation period and meet the hour requirements.

· Medical/Health Care: United Health Care

A 401K benefit package is available for all employees who meet these qualifications;

· Complete one year of service as GMS employee
· Minimum 21 years of age
· Considered a full-time employee or will work 1000 hours or more in a calendar year
